Sista dagen att boka undersökning till kampanjpris är 31/1. Operationen bör utföras senast 30/4 2026.
Övriga villkor
Operationspriset fastställs enligt den kampanj som gäller vid bokningstillfället för undersökningen. Eventuella framtida kampanjer påverkar inte redan bokade undersökningar.
