Om du bokade din undersökning efter det datumet, har du rätt till kampanjpriserna.
Sista dagen att boka operation till kampanjpris är 31 december.
Övriga villkor
Operationspriset fastställs enligt den kampanj som gäller vid bokningstillfället för undersökningen. Eventuella framtida kampanjer påverkar inte redan bokade undersökningar.
Det är inte möjligt att kombinera övriga rabatter/erbjudanden med kampanjpris.
